Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
If you are mean to me, you get no hotdog art. I refuse to be spoken to in a rude or disrespectful manner, and will not condone it.The Artist’s Promise
The artist will reach out through various stages of creating the commission for the client to ensure the client is pleased with the outcome of the project, either via Twitter DM’s, Discord, or E-mail.The project will not commence until payment is made in some form.
A client may pay in installments previously agreed upon with the artist, and the project may start after the first payment, but will not be finished until the payment is made in full. If a client refuses to finish the payment in full, they forfeit the paid installments, within reason of how far the project has gone.Refunds come at a cost.
If a client decides part way through a project that they want to cease the project, the refund will only be partial to compensate the time and effort already put forth by the artist.Alterations are fine, within reason.
The artist and client understand that alterations may be requested, but the artist has the right to refuse requests for alteration.
Example of accepted alterations. The client realizes the hair color isn’t quite right, and needs to be changed.
Example of refused alterations. The client has decided after the lineart process has begun that they want a dynamic pose change instead of what was previously agreed upon. These terms are subject to change.
